Invoicing with ROT, RUT and the green deduction

Pick the invoice type and involine works out the deduction and what the customer pays. The deduction is stated clearly on the invoice, and you never do the sums yourself.

  • ROT and RUT deductions worked out on the invoice
  • The green deduction set per line
  • The deductions work on estimates too

Estimates that become invoices

Write the estimate first. When the customer says yes it becomes an invoice with one click – no line is typed twice.

  • Estimate to invoice without retyping
  • Send estimates by email straight from involine
  • A status on every estimate: sent, accepted or declined
  • Copy an earlier estimate

Create and send invoices

Build the invoice line by line with a description, quantity, unit and discount. The VAT rate is chosen per line, so one invoice can mix 25, 12 and 6 per cent without you doing the sums. Then send it by email, as a link or as a PDF, straight from involine.

  • Your own logo and bank giro number on the invoice
  • Credit notes, receipts, cash receipts and delivery notes
  • Contract invoices you renew with a click
  • Invoices in Swedish, English and Arabic, in several currencies

Payments and reminders

Record payments as they arrive, in full or in part, and see at once what is unpaid and what is overdue. If a payment is late, mark the invoice as a reminder and send it again.

  • Part payments with a receipt for each
  • Reminders in up to three steps
  • A history per invoice, including when the customer opened it
  • Filter unpaid, part-paid and paid invoices

Customer register and item register

Customers and items are saved once you have created them. The next invoice or estimate fills itself in.

  • A customer register with address, payment terms and discount
  • An item register with categories
  • Copy an earlier invoice or estimate
  • Several users for the same company
